ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE AND PURPOSE
The present general conditions of sale are concluded between the company MACADAM 2 ROUES represented by Mr Marc PONCET whose registered office is in Saint Médard en Forez (42330), France France, mACADAM 2 ROUES, registered with the RM of Saint Etienne under n°829 027 986 RM 42 and whose Intracommunity VAT number is FR 31 829 027 986 (hereinafter "MACADAM 2 ROUES") and persons wishing to make a purchase on the Macadam 2 Roues website (hereinafter "the Purchaser") and aims to define the terms and conditions of sale of products between MACADAM 2 ROUES and the Purchaser.
MACADAM 2 ROUES and the Buyer agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by the present general terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions previously available on the site. The Buyer declares that he/she has read and understood the present terms and conditions of sale front to pass command and expressly and irrevocably accept the terms hereinafter set forth. The Buyer declares that he/she has the legal capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. has reached the age of majority and is not under guardianship or curatorship.
ARTICLE 2: THE OFFER
The products offered for sale by MACADAM 2 ROUES are those listed on the website www.macadam2roues.fr (hereinafter the "Site") on the day of consultation by the Buyer and within the limits of available stocks. Products are described and presented on the Site as accurately as possible. All product offers, prices and delivery terms are visible on the site. Offers are valid during the dates specified on the site and are subject to the special conditions mentioned on the site at the time of each promotional operation.
ARTICLE 3: Command
All command must be registered by the Buyer directly on the sitewww.macadam2roues.fr, all stages of the command are specified in detail on the site. (record items in the "item" tables, then access the "Shopping Cart" and follow the steps to validate your order) command (basket summary, calculation of delivery costs after integration of the choice of country and zip code for delivery, registration of the Buyer's details *, delivery method, choice of payment method, final confirmation of the order command)
* If the Buyer is already registered on the site, all he/she has to do is enter his/her login (e-mail) and password (pre-registered details) to go directly to the delivery mode stage, where the Buyer can make changes to the delivery address if it has changed).
All command will be taken into account as soon as the Buyer has created an account by accurately filling in all the required fields necessary to process the order command (last name, first name, full address, telephone, e-mail, type of vehicle ... )
Visit controls are processed upon receipt of payment (by check or bank transfer) or upon confirmation of online payment validation (credit card) via our secure terminal (Crédit Mutuel platform).
All command implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any command is payable fromadvance, no goods will be dispatched without payment.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
The prices of the products (as well as any possible discount) are those which appear on the site in force at the date of the order command. In the event of a difference between the catalog prices and the prices indicated on the site, the prices indicated on the site will prevail and only any discounts granted on the prices indicated on the site will apply.
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of VAT delivery costs. They take into account VAT and any reduction applicable on the day of the sale command.
MACADAM 2 ROUES reserves the right to modify the prices but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the order controls.

Payment can be made online, by check, credit card or bank transfer.

Secure payment by credit card: 3D secure system:
The 3D Secure system is a secure online payment system created by international issuers Visa and MasterCard and implemented in France in 2008. This is a cardholder authentication procedure, to ensure that it is the cardholder who is making the payment on the Internet. Only Visa and MasterCard "CB" payment cards benefit from this security. The 3D Secure service is not mandatory, either for online merchants or for banks. The system is activated with the first payment on a French merchant site that supports 3D Secure.

Step 1:
As with any transaction on a merchant site, in the payment area of the command, enter: - your card number, - the card's expiry date, - the visual cryptogram (3 digits on the back of the card).
Step 2:
A new window opens, displaying your bank's logo. It redirects you to your bank's website, where you can confirm your identity using the authentication procedure it has set up. The most common procedure is for your bank to send you a one-time code by SMS. Otherwise, you'll be asked to enter the following information accessories (date of birth or answer to a personal question...). Enter the requested information in the input screen. When authentication is confirmed by your bank, payment is authorized and the transaction is finalized.
We accept Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.
When finalizing the command, if you wish to pay by credit card, please enter your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card and the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram on the back of your card.
What is Secure Payment ?
All confidential payment information is protected and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol. This means that command and the Buyer's credit card number do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

This payment method is reserved for foreign payments only.
ARTICLE 6: Delivery costs AND DELIVERY
Macadam 2 Roues delivers to almost every country in the world, the list of destinations is visible on our site, the destination (country and postal code) are required to calculate shipping costs. If the country you are looking for does not appear in the drop-down list, this means that we are unable to deliver to that destination. Macadam 2 Roues cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
All parcels are delivered either by La Poste or by our carrier GLS.

Delivery times are calculated in working days,excluding weekends and suzukiS, 8 days from receipt of payment for the command. In general, as soon as all the goods are available, the processing of the order is completed command is processed within 48 hours (for payment by credit card) and takes between 2 and 5 days.
For French overseas departments and territories
For French overseas departments and territories, only Colissimo delivery with tracking by La Poste is available.
International
Delivery times vary depending on the destination; as a guide, from 5 to 8 days for Europe.

The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the quantity of products delivered. In the event that the product has been opened or damaged (damage or partial loss) during transport, the Buyer must express the usual reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, and forward the information to MACADAM 2 ROUES within one month at the latest within 48 hours.
No return of goods will be accepted without prior written notification from the Buyer to MACADAM 2 ROUES, by telephone or e-mail tocontact@macadam2roues.com
The calculation of shipping costs is visible once you have entered the delivery destination (country + zip code). The calculation criteria are the address and the weight of the pieces.
A FRANCO DE PORT is offered for controlsdeliverable in France Metropolitan France only from €350 purchase.
The carriage charge does not apply to services service, wheel mountingOr spoke manufacturing made to measure. Optimum parcel delivery can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
- The Buyer's address must be listed on GPS, and most carriers require destinations to be visible and identifiable on all types of remote geolocation software.
- If the Buyer's address cannot be geolocated, we cannot take into account the costs incurred by a delivery refusal (by the carrier) due to an unknown or non-geolocated address. The cost of a second shipment remains the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Similarly, if a parcel is left at the Purchaser's home during his absence, as soon as the parcel is in the Purchaser's property, it is de facto under his responsibility.
ARTICLE 7: NON-CONFORMITY OF THE Command- EXCHANGE - TRADE-IN.
Articles L. 211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code apply in accordance with Article 10 below.
The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered. Any complaint concerning apparent product defects or errors in the command delivered must be reported by the Buyer within a period of48 hours following receipt of the product by contacting the customer service department, which will take the necessary steps to process the request as follows:
- All items may be exchanged provided they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging in original condition within a maximum of 14Clear days. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide proof of any defects or anomalies.
The terms of return are sent by e-mail once a request has been made to MACADAM 2 ROUES.
- In the event of an error on the part of MACADAM 2 ROUES - PONCET SAS, MACADAM 2 ROUES- PONCET SAS will pay the return shipping costs upon request. They will be calculated on the basis of an ordinary parcel.
- In the event of an exchange or an error on the part of the Buyer, the delivery costs are at the Buyer's expense.
Exchange costs from 8€ for a small parcel, 12€ for larger parcels rims and tyres and packages over 4kg.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from MACADAM 2 ROUES. The processing time for a parts exchange is between 2 weeks and 1 month, from receipt of the parts to be exchanged.

VOUCHER - DISCOUNT VOUCHER: Valid for 1 year
Credit notes and coupons are valid for 1 year from their issue date. They are non-breakable, which means that they must be applied in full and in one go over a whole new period command online. Coupons do not apply to shipping costs.
How to deduct your coupon ? Online, directly on our website, you register your new command and enter the code during the final validation steps, it will be automatically deducted from the amount of your purchase command (outside delivery costs).
ARTICLE 8: AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All items presented on the site can be ordered directly online, with the exception of those marked "OUT OF STOCK". Despite a daily update of the stocks shown on the Site and taking into account the specificity of certain items (offered in very limited series), shortages may occur without the item being in the state of OUT OF STOCK on the Site. MACADAM 2 ROUES undertakes, insofar as possible and with the prior agreement of the Buyer, either to restock the item, or to offer an exchange, or to issue a credit note or a refund of the amount of the remaining item.
ARTICLE 9: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / EXCHANGE
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer has a period of14 days from receipt of products to exercise its right of withdrawal from MACADAM 2 ROUES without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The Buyer may request a refund of the price or products or an exchange, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its packaging in original condition, (A copy of the purchase invoice must be included in the package.)
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must respect the aforementioned deadline, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be reimbursed, return shipping coststo be borne by the Buyer. The refund is sent to the Buyer within a minimum of 1 month, by cheque or bank transfer.
Special conditions - Exchange StandardIn the case of parts sold in exchange standard, the Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the documents provided to MACADAM 2 ROUES - PONCET SAS, in the event that they do not correspond to the ordersuzukiIn the event of any discrepancies presented and illustrated with photos on our website, the cost of returning these parts to the Buyer shall be borne by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 10: RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods shipped remain the property of MACADAM 2 ROUES until full payment has been received.
This virtual catalog or online sales site remains the property of MACADAM 2 ROUES. Any reproduction, even partial, of the latter is illicit (article L124-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, law 92-597 of July 1st 1992) and would constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by articles 425 and following of the Penal Code. Site photos are non-contractual, and prices are subject to change without notice.

ARTICLE 11: WARRANTY Chrome plating
We guarantee the completeness of chromium plating carried out on new parts France this enables us to control and offer a range of very high quality products. However, if a chrome plating is detected by the Buyer, MACADAM 2 ROUES undertakes to exchange the defective part. It is therefore imperative that the Buyer checks all items upon receipt of the parcel. If the delivery time is exceeded or beyond the legal 14 days, mACADAM 2 ROUES will no longer be able to handle exchange requests.
What is a chrome plating ? ? Chromium plating that does not adhere to its surface is considered defective support, which have a film coating that peels away from the surface support steel. Also called chrome plating all visible rust spots on the surface chrome plated, and this on receipt of the parcel (the date of delivery by the carrier being taken as proof).
Under no circumstances do we guarantee chrome plating of our parts over time, we accept no responsibility for corrosion after receipt of the package.
Visit chrome plated not being a treatment stainless steel, it can be subject to corrosion, which depends on storage and maintenance chrome plated, under no circumstances can we guarantee the proper storage conditions of the parts once they have been placed under the responsibility and become the property of the customer.
This ownership takes effect as soon as the goods are received and paid for by the Customer.
Exchange request procedure: The Customer must contact MACADAM 2 ROUES by filling in the contact form or send a written e-mail with photos specifying the exact details of the defect chrome plating visible on opening the package. With the seller's agreement, parts may be returned and exchanged
