How and when does the treatment of your command begin?

The command is considered valid:

  • As soon as you register and pay online at macadam2roues.com (Shopping Cart + Payment validated)
  • Upon receipt of the documents required to process the command.

Parts to be sent to us: Some ignition coil high voltage, some brake shoes...models of spokes manufacturing made to measure... in short, all parts that require workshop intervention.

If special conditions are required, they are detailed on the product sheet.

All controls orders are payableadvance, no goods will be dispatched without payment.

How soon?

Delivery times vary according to the delivery address and the parts ordered. Custom services or controls special orders are subject to specific lead times (available on request). Macadam 2 Roues cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery .

Who are our carriers?

We use two transport solutions, each with its own specific features.

Your parcel is entrusted to and handled by the most appropriate carrier, able to offer optimal delivery, depending on the parcel's criteria. (Weight, type of part, destination country, etc.)

La Poste handles most small parcels under 500gr nationally, and all parcels deliverable to Corsica, French islands, French overseas departments and territories, Polynesia, the UK and destinations outside Europe.

GLS specializes in the delivery of large parcels to France and certain European countries. New for 2024: POINT RELAIS delivery.

How are shipping costs calculated?

delivery costs includes packaging, handling and transport.

They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your command.

The amount of shipping costs is automated and calculated according to the weight of the pieces and the delivery address.

We encourage you to pool your purchases in order to benefit from a discount on heavy and bulky packages (rims, spokes , tyres...)

Whatever the contents of your command, all parcels are sent by tracked contract.

  • Free shipping: greater than or equal to 350€, valid for France and Corsica.
  • Decalcomania special delivery charge: €2.80 by recorded delivery to France Metropolitan France and Corsica.

What are our delivery terms and conditions?

We take particular care in preparing your parcel, in order to optimize delivery, we thank you for taking note of all our delivery conditions:

  • When validating command, check your contact details and fill in the telephone and e-mail fields (to track your parcel).
  • With GLS, your presence is required for home delivery against signature. If you're away during the day, opt for Point Relais delivery. You can also reschedule your delivery using the FlexDelivery Service option.
  • You notice an anomaly or damage to the package, upon receipt you fill in written reservations to the delivery person, specifying and mentioning"subject to inspection" or "package damaged on receipt" or any other mention relating to the visual damage noted.
  • Any malfunction of any kind must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
  • Exchange: No part will be exchanged without prior request by e-mail or telephone, and after obtaining the agreement of customer service.
  • Shipping costs (for exchange, return, additional command) remain at the customer's expense.
  • We ship to most geographical areas, to France, Corsica, DOM-TOM, Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and Oceania. When validating command, please make sure you specify your country of delivery, (+ state if necessary) in order to obtain the appropriate delivery costs.
